There’s a lot being said about CrossFit, and the amount of information and opinion increases as this type of training gains momentum. If you’re interested in trying it, or have even tried it elsewhere, I guarantee the experience you’ll get at CrossFit Victus will be different.

Imagine you're out for a road run. Jogging along on the side of a road, by yourself, not really setting the world on fire. Your feet are sore and its cold. Now imagine having about 10 people running along with you, people just like you, from all walks of life, ages and fitness levels. Most are along side of you, smiling and cheering you on. Some just in front, maybe a couple just behind but everyone genuinely wants you to do well and achieve your goal. You can choose to keep running at your own pace, but you can also choose to kick it up a gear - to catch those in front of you, to push past them and reach that finish line first. Its totally up to you what you do, but there is the opportunity to push the boundaries a little.... if you choose to.

We at Crossfit Victus, take something that can be a challenge, and make it fun. Functional movements such as running, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing, stretching and jumping. Our ancestors have been doing this for centuries, movements our bodies are created to do. We offer a free ‘Intro to CrossFit Victus’ session, held each Monday at 5:30pm. During this 45 minute session, we tell you what CFV is, and how and why it works. We’ll teach you some cool movements, and let you experience a short, self paced workout. There’s no obligation to join, and you’ll gain the perfect insight into what CrossFit Victus is all about. It’s the perfect way to see if we’re right for you.
