Your Introduction to Crossfit
We understand that finding a gym you’ll love to go to is an extremely individual and personal decision. There’s lots of different facilities out there and we’re big believers in letting people try something themselves to see if it's a good fit for them.
Whether you’ve CrossFitted or done group training before, or it’s a totally new experience we’ve got you covered. Come into our Tuesday session at 6:30pm and jump straight in on our class.
A coach will be there to modify any part of the workout as needed to suit your individual ability and fitness level to ensure you get the perfect amount of workout and the maximum amount of enjoyment.
After the class, it’s totally up to you if you continue with us or not. No awkward sales pitches here!

4+ years ago I joined as a member thinking I can train at home but I'll give this place a try. What I actually joined was one of the most supportive communities I've ever experienced. The members are there alongside you helping everyone achieve goals (whatever they may be) & celebrating them with you. Years later I'm still there, and although some of the faces have changed the strong community of likeminded people remains. Best decision ever to join
CrossFit Victus provides an inclusive environment for all your group fitness needs but with a personal touch. They have several quality, supportive and professional coaches and the members have all been so welcoming and amazing. It has a real community feel and has helped me not only in my physical fitness but my personal growth also! Can definitely recommend giving it a go, what have you got to lose!?
As a mother it is empowering to see how quickly my body responds to the workouts and to feel the increase in myoverall energy levels. I have seen great results in a short amount of time, and it’s definitely changed the way I feel about diet and exercise. I could never return to a mainstream gym and would recommend Crossfit Victus to anyone!
In one word, Victus is amazing!! I’ve been coming to CFV for just under 1 year now and there is no looking back. The owners and coaches are friendly and inviting, and know there stuff!! As for the community, well..... that’s the best part!!!

CFV has completely changed my view on fitness; for me exercise was always a chore and something I struggled to find motivation for. Until crossfit I never enjoyed exercising and now 4 years later I still absolutely love it and coming 3-5 times a week is easy! All due to the excellent programming, knowledgable & friendly staff and the amazing supportive community. I'm fitter than I've ever been and have made some great friends along the way, I can't recommend Crossfit Victus highly enough!
I can't tell you how good CrossFit Victus is, you need to experience it yourself. I'm 50 years old and I feel better today than i did 20 years ago. I feel fantastic
